Eric is an employee who demonstrates responsibility, performance, and the
desire to continually improve.
Eric has accepted the responsibility to ensure that the department's Client
Registry system is always available to the case managers throughout the
department to help serve clients. Eric understands the importance of ready
access, and has designed the Client Registry system to be very responsive.
He guarantees that the Client Registry has the most up-to-date information
available.
Eric has developed his knowledge and skills to meet the requirements of
Client Registry now and in the future. His peers recognize him as particularly
knowledgeable in the operating of a Microsoft SQL Server. His search for
information from Internet sources, Microsoft, and consultants and users is
constant and rewarding. He has consistently sought ways to keep the Client
Registry current with hardware and software developments.
Eric also does something that many of his analyst/programmer peers lack
the discipline to do. Eric documents his work.
Eric constantly keeps abreast of new developments of technology that may
help to make the Client Registry more accessible to its customers. His steady
insistence that customers would be better served by a web interface has
helped move Client Registry in that direction.
